Salesianum Senior Wins Bill Frank Prize for Excellence in Communications

Salesianum senior Mark Vible is the 2005 winner of the Bill Frank Prize for Excellence in Communications from New Castle County.

Mark, the son of Mark and Richelle Vible of Wilmington, Del., is awarded a $1,500 check from the William P. Frank Scholarship Fund, Inc.
