Salesianum Senior Signs Letter of Intent

Salesianum senior Austin Whittington officially signed his letter of intent to run track at Georgia Tech on Thursday, May 19.

Joined by his mother, Joyce and father, Arthur Morton, Austin put his name on the paperwork that will have him running in the ACC in 2005-06. He was joined by his winter track coach, Jim O'Hara '98, and spring track coach, Ralph Heiss.

Austin, a captain of both winter and spring track teams, will begin classes in the fall.

Salesianum School educates and develops the whole person based on the spirituality of St. Francis de Sales whose philosophy can be summarized in "Live Jesus."
