Salesianum Secretary Named "Mother Of The Year"

Mrs. RosaioSince 1950, Delaware has honored one mother as the outstanding mother of the year. What is so special about this year is that the 2005 Delaware Mother Of The Year is Salesianum's own Mrs. Rita Rosaio. Mrs. Rosaio has worked at Salesianum for well over 36 years mainly as the secretary for the last four Prinicpals. She embodies everything special and good about Salesianum. Most say she runs Salesianum or that she is Salesianum!

However, her greatest vocation is that of being a mother. Ask any mother and they will tell you that there is no tougher vocation than that of motherhood.

Mrs. Rosaio was widowed at age 29 with seven children. She has raised them with incredible love, faith, and example. She is Mrs. Rosaiothe proud grandmother of 22 including sophomores Sam Rosaio, Patrick Maull, and Freshman Chris Rosaio. She also has 3 greatgrandchildren.

When everyone agrees that someone is incredibly special, she must be a true gift from God. Should you see Mrs. Rosaio around school, please congratulate her. She is incredibly special. She is a gift from God. She is Salesianum's and Delaware's Mother Of The Year.
