Salesianum Soccer Team To Oppose No. 1-Ranked St. Benedict's Prep At The University Of Delaware This Sunday, Oct. 1, At 11 A.M.

The Salesianum soccer team, the two-time defending state champions currently ranked No. 11 in the country, will square off against the No. 1 nationally ranked St. Benedict's Preparatory School (Newark, N.J.) on Sunday, Oct. 1, at the University of Delaware Mini-Stadium (behind Delaware Stadium) at 11 a.m.

Entering this Friday's game against C.M. Wright, Salesianum has (4-0) won a state-record 44 consecutive games.

The University of Delaware-James Madison University varsity soccer game follows the game. Admission is free.

Salesianum School is a Roman Catholic independent secondary school that teaches young men to Live Jesus, guided by the spirituality of Saint Francis de Sales, through a college preparatory education, enabling them to take their place in the world as Salesian gentlemen.
