Transcript Requests

Any student or alumni who needs his transcripts for any reason should contact Mrs. Bonnie Krystopolski, guidance secretary, at bkrystop@salesianum.org or (302)-654-2495, ext. 102.  There is a $2.50 charge for each transcript for alumni.

Seniors:  When a college application is completed, whether online or on paper, you must log in on your Naviance page (www.connection.naviance.com/salesianum).  In "my colleges" you may click "request transcripts," this will move the college onto the "colleges to which I'm applying" list. 

        The transcript will include:

• Student's name, home address, phone number, social security number, birth date and Year of Graduation.
• Final grades for each academic year along with cumulative Grade Point Average (class rank is not included).
• Standardized test scores (including PSAT and SAT scores).
• School activities over all four years.
