Campus Ministry - Visit our Homepage As Salesianum means “House of Sales” Campus Ministry emphasizes the spirituality and focus of Francis de Sales. Francis de Sales is particularly meaningful to students: his practical philosophy is attainable for all. All can “Live today well” and “Do ordinary things extraordinarily well,” as Saint Francis de Sales has commissioned us to do. Each year the Salesianum community focuses on a specific thought from Francis de Sales. This year’s thought calls attention to the importance of true faith in our spiritual journey: Seeds of Service Program The grade for this program is independent of your class work. In order to proceed to the following grade level, your service requirement must be fulfilled. For each year, you have a service requirement to meet. Freshman year it is 10 hours; sophomores it is 20 hours (five of which will come from your retreat day); 20 hours in your junior year and 10 hours in your Senior year. All service requires a reflection paper. |
