Salesianum Participates in Mock Trial
The Salesianum School Mock Trial Team Competed in the Delaware Mock Trial Competition on February 25 and 26. The team was competing against other mock trial teams from schools across the state of Delaware. The team is moderated by Mr. Sean Tischler, Salesianum history teacher.
The team won 6 out of 8 possible gavels, with the following students earning individual honors:
- Orlando Castillo '11- 2 gavels for best witness
- James Duffy '11- 2 gavels for best witness
- Martin Page '12 - 1 gavel for best attorney
- Brendan Cooke '11- 1 gavel for best attorney
Salesianum School is a Roman Catholic independent secondary school that teaches young men to Live Jesus, guided by the spirituality of Saint Francis de Sales, through a college preparatory education, enabling them to take their place in the world as Salesian gentlemen.
