More Than 400 Students Take Salesianum Entrance Exam

More than 400 students participated in Salesianum’s entrance exam last weekend, according to Mark Winchell ’98, admissions director.

Salesianum welcomed 420 total students for its testing dates of Dec. 3 and 4 for possible entrance to the school in the fall. The exam also helps with academic placement for the potential members of the Class of 2016.

“We’re pleased with such a high turnout of students to take the exam; one of the highest we've ever had,” Mr. Winchell said. “We think it speaks volumes to the reputation and tradition of a Salesianum education.”

Results of the examination, which is administered nationally by Scholastic Testing Services, are expected soon. Admissions decisions are typically mailed in mid-January.
