+Encounter 92 Retreat

11/20-11/24
Encounters
Mission Statement:
The purpose of Encounter is to make Christ present.  To guide a student’s spiritual journey into a deeper relationship with Christ as experienced in and through the Church, the sacraments, prayer, and relationships both within the Salesianum brotherhood and outside with family, friends, and the world at large.

About:
Encounter is a four day, three night, off-campus retreat facilitated by the Salesianum Center for Faith & Justice. While chaperoned by the CFJ, the retreat is student run. Senior leaders give reflections on spirituality in their personal lives, their faith, and their relationship with God.

Student retreatants are invited to really “retreat” from the world for a few days in order to examine their relationship with themselves, their peers, and God. On the retreat there is time for personal reflection, group discussions, recreation, and the sacraments.

Retreat Dates:
  • Tuesday September 24th - Friday September 27th
  • Wednesday November 20th - Saturday November 23rd
  • Wednesday February 19th - Saturday February 22nd
  • Thursday April 16th - Sunday April 19th

Cost: $185.00
A non-refundable deposit will be due two weeks before the beginning of the retreat. Payment plans are available, please contact any member of the Center for Faith & Justice.
