Welcome to Salesianum School! Our events include Open House, SUP Fest, and we offer Personalized Tours for all families to have an opportunity to visit our campus. Visit our Important Dates to keep up with our events. Our 8th graders can come for a Shadow Day beginning in September. Our 7th graders will have several Preview Mornings beginning in April. For questions, feel free to reach out to us at admissions@salesianum.org.

7th Grade Preview Mornings

Current 7th graders and their parents are welcome to spend a morning on campus in the spring to learn more about Salesianum. The program provides a guided tour of our campus, classroom visits, and a Q&A session with administrators and students. Sessions will be held on April 3rd, 24th, 26th, and May 3rd from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Space is limited and dates will fill quickly. Please register here

Campus Tours

Campus tours for 8th-grade families and transfers are available upon request and offered to 7th-grade families begin in February. Tours will last about 1 hour and begin at 9 AM or 1:15 PM. Please complete a form or contact the admissions office at 302-356-2646 or ssutty@salesianum.org to schedule a tour.

Shadowing Program

Eighth graders and prospective transfer students are encouraged to experience a typical school day by “shadowing” a current student at Salesianum. Visitors are greeted in the morning by their hosts and guided through an actual school day. This is truly the best way to experience the Salesianum community!

While the shadow day is not required, it is strongly recommended. Many Salesianum students report that their shadow day was the single most important factor in choosing Salesianum. Parents of current 8th-grade or high school students may arrange a visit by completing the online inquiry form on the Admissions Process Page

Prospective students should arrive at Salesianum by 8:15 a.m. on their shadow day. They may come through the school's main entrance where someone from our admissions team will meet them. They should wear a dress shirt and tie, slacks, and dress shoes. A sports coat is optional. We will provide lunch from our dining center, or visitors are welcome to bring their own. Visitors will be dismissed at 2:30 p.m.
