Students should make their dates aware of the formal nature of the event and to dress appropriately. Dates’ dresses must be formal, may be either short or long, appropriately fitting, and modest. Salesianum students are required to wear a traditional tuxedo. No extreme colored/textured tuxedos nor shoes are permitted. Salesianum students must wear dress shoes (no sneakers, slippers, nor opened toed shoes). No bandanas or hats are to be worn. Students should also be clean shaven and may not wear earrings. If a student has any questions regarding the appropriateness of his tuxedo or his date’s dress, we ask that you speak directly with Fr. Beretta or Mr. Maiorano.
