EXAMS

Exams are scheduled December 15 - December 18.
Friday, December 12, will be the last full day of school before exams and we will be on a special schedule. To conclude the last cycle before Christmas (A-G day, with H-Day dropping), the three classes needed to sync and balance class meetings will meet for the last time before exams begin. There will be a communal Advent Penance service and a special period for teacher office hours, with an option for teachers who wish to hold review sessions for students. Clarifications for this day will be posted before Thanksgiving break by the Academic Office.

Exam Week: Monday-Thursday, December 15-18. Each of these four days begin with PREP in the morning at 8:30 AM, followed by 2 exam periods per day and dismissal close to noon (slightly later for those with extended time accommodations). Monday, December 15, includes office hours for teachers after lunch for students who need extra review and tutoring time. Classes with no exam will meet for one final time before Christmas break. >> December Exam Schedule

Exam Make-Up Day: Friday, December 19. This day will be reserved either as a make up day for missed exams, or a make up day if weather cancels any school day December 15-18.
