Varsity Soccer Ranked #6 Nationally

Success in Colorado Helps SALS continue to climb national rankings.
Congratulations to our varsity soccer team and coaches on their recent successful trip to Colorado and being ranked 6th nationally by USA Today High School Sports! The team posted wins over two of Colorado's top men's high school soccer programs: Aurora High School (3-0) and Cherry Creek (1-0 in OT) and has earned a season record of 3-0 to date.
The rankings are compiled by United Soccer Coaches in coordination with USA TODAY High School Sports for the 2019-20 season, based on results from the current season, quality of players and strength of schedule.

The trip also proved to be a great bonding experience for the team. Students hiked up a mountain in Vail equalling 3.2 miles and 2200 vertical feet, visited Point Lookout in Denver and attended a yoga class at Red Rock Amphitheater.
Coach Mosier is looking forward to more great soccer this weekend when Salesianum goes on the road to play very talented teams from Walter Johnson High School; Bethesda, MD and Pingry School; Basking Ridge, NJ.
